Delivery driver unprofessional and destroyed contents........... Cancel prime.
Product is fantastic.... What is pathetic is arrived leaking on the front porch. After review of surveillance footage; amazon driver threw the box over the small porch door, this caused the container to crack and leak out. Reconsidering Prime membership

For smaller patches
Bought to patch area about 9”x16”. Followed instructions and laid about 1/4” deep plaster. Very sticky and it tends to slump. The instructions said it would be ready for re-coat in 5-6 hours. After 12 hours, it was still soft and sticky. It took at least 24 hours to be somewhat hard - with a fan for the later part. It did not fully harden for days. Even then, it cracked. The product is very soft and wet. Other reviewers also noted that it is excessively wet. Either DAP has a quality control issue or this product is intended to be used with relatively small holes that are too large to spackle or fill with drywall compound, but not larger than 1-3”. If you need to patch a larger area, suggest using dry plaster mix, or be prepared to wait days for it to fully dry.
