Doesn’t work. Support doesn’t help.
The thing doesn’t work out of the box. All we did was take it out and plug it in. Nothing. They should mention that this is just a broken machine for storage purposes. Contacted support many times but nothing happened.

Good product but with limitation of type of catheter usage
Its overall good product and works as expected for home care. Bit noisy than other machines. Also this machine works only with thumb controlled catheters. The connector to connect suction pipe to normal suction catheter is missing and this is a limitation. I have sent a query to their support team for the missing connector. Will update the review based on response from team
