Who says penguins can't fly?
"Poppy" the Penguin is adored by the preschool-age gymnastics kiddos I work with. We use her as a physical prop to engage inner thigh gripping muscles during skills (hops, trampoline seat drops, casting on bars). And on our play days she's so popular that after about 10 minutes she needs to "take a nap" because ALL the kids want to jump with her on the trampoline (who says penguins are flightless birds) and they're still learning to take turns. She's so soft, she's irresistible. And she's just the right size to be kid-friendly without getting easily lost.
