Let your cats safely enjoy the outdoors!!
This catio is AMAZING!! Easy to put together! Cats love it! I have one large cat and one small! The shelves large and sturdy! My catio is attached to the house at the front window. Segments are numbered and easy to connect per the instructions. This came in 2 large boxes with instructions and extra parts! No smell! Only one complaint... It would be very helpful if each segment would say "inside" and "outside". I would highly recommend this catio!

Lots of space and super easy to assemble!
Bought this to make a catio for my tiny home so the kitties have more room to roam!It was impressively easy to put together! It took me (with minimal assistance from my boyfriend) about and hour and a half to assemble and move it. It was an instant hit with the cats!It is not the sturdiest once built; be careful when you move it because if you pull too hard or push in on the side too much you might break the screws that hold the panels together. This was a very small issue for me, as it only really is a concern when moving the piece and only then so much because the roof is very heavy and sturdy, which makes the whole assembly heavier to move. But I plan to reinforce the corners with some L brackets from Lowes, which are inexpensive and will do a lot toward making it super solid. I have had no troubles with it so far and it's been installed for about a month. What I also think is a huge pro here is that it will be super easy to disassemble when I eventually move, and easy to reassemble later (even without directions!).In order to make it sit flush with my tiny home outside wall I scooted the roof panels over about an inch so there was no overhang on that side. This meant I had to leave out the dowels that are meant to add extra stability and alignment to the roof panels but honestly, with so many screws, they're not going anywhere anyway.Another thing I changed was that I added sturdier, padlock friendly latches in addition to the ones they provided (see pics). I wanted to add a bit more security so people couldn't mess with my cats and also because I was paranoid the neighborhood kids might open the door and forget to close it properly. Super easy and inexpensive to do!Overall, a very large, easy to assemble, sleek catio and good bang for your buck!

Very easy to assemble and nice quality
I really like this enclosure! It was not only easy to assemble, it seems pretty sturdy (I had read some low-key neg reviews that complained about it's sturdiness, so bear in mind I went into this without high expectations) and my kittehs love it! I must add, however, that I agree with some of the other reviews regarding the roof being of poor quality and as such elected to purchase some clear PVC roof panels from the local HD store (Palruf 8' panel @ approx $17 each) and used those instead. I built up the front edge of the roof higher than the back; then utilizing some spare lumber I had & used the same exact color waterproofing/stain spray (Olympic WaterGuard 'woodland cedar' semi-transparent wood stain plus sealer aerosol) to treat those before fabricating my roof frame. Sidenote: whether I used self tapping screws or not, when I needed to attach my roof frame to the structure, the soft wood of the existing structure splintered pretty badly so please make sure you drill pilot holes every time! I thought I could save time with self-tappers and found out the hard way that was no bueno. I also elected to use ties (Simpson Strong Tie galvanized tie plates & corner angles from HD-- very inexpensive) to shore up the interior walls of the structure at the seams as a 'just-in-case' measure but will say that it seemed sturdy enough without these. If I have a need to move the structure in the future, I wouldn't want to do it without the ties however so use your own best judgement on that. I purchased some nice TruGrass (aka astroturf) clover fescue artificial grass to line the perch shelves and the floor of the structure. There was already a cement slab where I built my structure so I wanted it to be comfortable for my kits pawls lol Lastly, I made my own tunnel and foyer out of several KittyWalk®™ pieces I already had and ran the tunnel to a small bathroom window. I purchased a regular kitty door and fabricated it into the existing screen frame, since I won't be needing the screen any longer. In the end, the construction of JUST the structure (without my added roof or other extras) itself took me, alone, about 4 hours and was super easy to do with my cordless drill/driver. I purposely used a drill that wasn't super high power because it would be way too easy to over-torque the screws. If you made it this far reading lol, I hope you find my review & info helpful.

Worth it
Not super expensive for what feels like a quality build catio. Didn't take too much time to build and instructions were clear. Had it about a year or so and it hasn't degraded in any way that would lead me to think it's cheap construction. Also my cat loves it uses it all the time

How did this not come with instructions?
All kidding aside, the product I got did not come with instructions. I built it by matching up bolt patterns to the pictures and making a couple of educated guesses about what I couldn't see. That's kind of a foul, but from what I can tell, my case is not the norm. The catio itself works fine (it's a little flimsy, but I'm not housing tigers here). I paired this with a pet door window insert, fabbed a little wood and wire tunnel between the two, and now the cats can come and go as they please.I have seen complaints that the lower shelves were installed so low to the ground that they're kind of pointless, but that's relative...without them, it's harder for elderly cats to jump up to higher shelves. But that said, you can really customize this however you want...just drill new holes (carefully, the fir wood is very soft) and mount them somewhere else. I'll be adding more ramps/planks/hammocks to this one.Overall a good starting point.

Easily assembled and sturdy once its completed.
As I was putting this together I thought it might be too light duty to last all summer, but it not only lasted all summer, it has held up to the nasty Wyoming wind. Great quality and easy to put together!
