Works well. It’s very cushioned so it feels thick-ish.Inside my golf shoe it definitely makes the shoe feel smaller, tighter, which is fine, just a little trim and it fits fine. I like the arch support. It’s not overly stiff nor is it too soft, so seems to fit my golf shoe well, as I needed to replace the original sole it came with that had flattened after a year.Why pay more? I wouldn’t.Just test it real quick for the padding before you go and really use it.

You have to cut to size like most. First shoe i tried it pushed my toe painfully into top of shoe. If i had a mega toenail it would soon pop through that thin stuff tennis shoes are made of. lol. I tried again and in this pair i took out the manufacturers insert. Fits ok but no cushiness at all. Hard surface with a lump at the arch. You get used to the arch but i like more soft n cushy . But i assume once you cut to size you own it. Made in China .

Good supportive inserts for the money. Put them in my cowgirl boots as they were a little too big.

Did not work for me . Inserted, it hurt my toes. I can’t return because I cut them but they still didn’t fit right….too big and too high.
