Not too bad
I purchased this oil for immunity boosting purposes only so I am not expecting any significant changes in how I feel. If I can make it through the winter months without getting sick, then I will know that the oil is doing it's job.The taste is rough, though. I first started adding it to my morning cup of tea, but the oil significantly altered the taste of my tea and I didn't like that. I now take it straight from the bottle and chase it down with orange juice. I can deal with that better than adding it to beverages.
