My husband groaned when I ordered this bed knowing that it would come in a box in a million pieces. It did, and the box was very heavy. But the pieces were very wellorganized and labeled. There was even extra hardware in case something was lost or missing - nothing was though! Because my husband was less than excited about this purchase, I went ahead and began assembling it myself. From start to finish, it probably took me about 3 hours, but I was working slowly so I wouldn’t screw anything up and it also included moving furniture out of the way and I was working on laundry at the same time.I loved the ratcheting tool that came with the hardware - that made assembly so much easier!I’m very happy with the bed. I agree with other reviewers that the drawers aren’t the greatest - they’re really just wire baskets and they’re hard to lock into the closed position. Fortunately, the room this bed is in is carpeted and the drawers seem to stay in place without having to “lock”them. I’m guessing that wouldn’t be the case on a hard floor. No one has slept in the bed yet, so I don’t know if that will make any difference or not, but I doubt it.I love the look of this bed, I feel like it was well designed, and once assembled it looks like a quality piece of furniture.I think the price was great and I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

I read a lot of reviews and ordered this. I am very impressed with the well thought out design of the assembly and ratcheting wrench provided and ease of instructions. I assembled by myself and took about 3 hours. The drawers were the hardest part. I have a 12” mattress which fit perfectly without any holes or gaps in the headboard and the charging station works great for my laptop and USB phone cable! It is brand new today so I haven’t slept in it yet, but it seems very sturdy and I like how the drawers lock into place to keep from rolling around. The drawers are deep, wide and high enough to actually store alot! I have a tile floor so they easily glide over the floor, though I see where. High pile carpet might be a little hard. I will update the review after ownership a while.

The bed looks amazing, very comfortable and i love the powerbank and shelf at the top. The bed is low but it seems to be the perfect height with a 10" mattress, doesnt make any noise and was pretty easy to assemble the bed by myself. The drawers, on the other hand, are awful. Extremely difficult to assemble and annoying to open and close, but other than that, i absolutely love my bed. I recommend if you need the drawers, it should be used for long term storage.

i absolutely love this bed frame, it was easy to assemble, wasn’t time consuming, didn’t need a box spring and all tools was included. One thing i wasn’t the most pleased about was the bottom drawers not actually connecting in a stable way which i knew before purchasing. very beautiful bed frame… what you see is literally what you get as a female who never put anything together trust me it wasn’t hard.

Best customer service I ever received! My package was running about two days late and the seller reached out to me regarding it. It was obvious that they cared about customer satisfaction. They even offered a small refund due to the delay, which was greatly appreciated but not necessary since the delay was not their fault. As for as the product itself, I love the bedframe. It was actually taller than I thought and it seems very sturdy. Although it was a lot of pieces to put together, the instructions were easy enough to follow and with the right tools, did not take too long to put together. It was missing some wheels, but the seller did mail those to us for free and we got them fairly quickly. The main issue I have now is the outlet on top. It sometimes works and sometimes does not. For the price and customer service though, I cannot complain.
