Superbe Precut Kinesiology Tapes (3 Rolls Pack), Sports Tape Muscle Tape for Pain Relief, Muscle Support, Recovery and Physio Therapy (Blue)

Discovered KT tape a few years ago when dealing with chronic pain. This is good quality tape. But i regret buying the variation that has easy to snap off segments as i prefer to cut my own. This type is probably useful for someone else though. I use as grip tape in the gym and also rehab tape on my body to kill inflammation. And somehow it always works.

Precut so easy and quick to apply, long lasting (lasted longer than any others I've tried), and excellent value! Will definitely buy again.

Use this tape to support a dodgy knee. I have tried a number of different makes and so far this has been the best. Precut which saves time; nice and sticky too. It can last a week with daily showers and if applied properly. Would recommend.

I have tried may different sports tapes on the market and I must say this is definitely the best. It stays sticky for 4 days and supports my knee (which needs replacing) really well. Excellent value for money too.

I've used a couple of other brand tapes without issue. I find this one to be itchy after 2 tries a week apart and have ended up pulling it off. Functionally it's fine, but I think there is something in the adhesive setting off a reaction which is weird because I have no known allergies. Not worth the money saved when I have 2 and a half rolls I can't use. It might be fine for others but I'd get an individual roll first to test it.

I’ve tried so many brands, this is hands down the best one. It stays on for days, even a week despite daily showers. Pretty stretchy, really helped my ankle.

It has tear away option, which is great, no need for scissors.

Really good for the price! I use it for my knees and I cut the strips in half, one half on each side. They seem to help with maltracking. They stay on for at least 2-3 days, and come off fairly easily once the edges start to peel up.A tip for anyone who needs to take it off early- don't rip it off like a bandaid. Soak it in warm water and soap it up. Pull the skin around it taught and slowly pull the tape away from your skin.

Amazing tape and support!!! I’m about to turn 43 years old soon, I’ve had previous surgery on both knees 6+ years ago, then ruptured Achilles and had surgery back in May ‘22. Sprain my ankle 2 weeks ago playing basketball. I Play point guard in basketball rec league and volleyball several a few times week. I used this tape for past few months and works very good. Just yesterday I played in basketball league game, took a shower with tape, and went and played 3 games of beach volleyball afterwards. With all this activity I felt support, had no pain, and felt good throughout the entire day and even the following day (pic of knee is from following morning, I slept with tape on).Look on YouTube for some techniques for taping specific areas where you need support. Especially for ankle sprain support. Very impressed with this tape, had to submit a review about it. Happy customer!!!
