My Labrador has had a spoonful of this brand of coconut nut oil as a breakfast starter since she was a pup, over 9yrs ago. So many compliments how young my dog looks, her shiny coat and so full of energy. If you have a dog and want to give it a natural health supplement, I highly recommend a daily spoonful of this coconut oil, or to take oneself.

Excellent quality, lovely flavour, great to cook with and really good for you. Would not go back to other oils or fats now. It is expensive at Amazon and there are cheaper sources.

Wonderful organic coconut oil which deserves 5 stars but I have knocked 2 stars off due to the excess packaging, a large cardboard box which contained 2 smaller cardboard boxes with one jar inside, which is good, but surrounding each jar within the smaller box there is polystyrene.This product may be ethically sourced with and grown organically why so much plastic?I won’t be buying from this manufacturer until I am convinced the packaging is fully recyclable.
