Performance, so far good.Scratches, not till now.Comfort, very comfortable & light weight.Size, very large but necessary.Colour, very pleasant & eye-catching.Only issue I had was the delivery person not providing doorstep delivery despite the fact that my address was eligible for it. Had to go extra 20 km on my own expenses to get it. Wasn't expecting such from Amazon services.

The handle is of lowest quality and feels like a toothpick ready to break apart once the bag is filled with luggage. I wonder if the seller even performs a basic check of the product before shipping. So unprofessional! Such a waste of time and worthless piece for money. One star only for the look and colour. Not recommended!!!!!!!
