This product works great for a person that has a big toe that is out of place due to gout, etc. The big toe on my right foot has been pushed slowly to the right for years and it was getting to be a problem. This product gently pulls that big toe back in place as I sleep. This action serves to also take pressure off the other four toes that were moving to the right as well! Of course, I can't wear it inside my shoe or I would wear it 24 hours a day. It's going to take time move the toe permanently but heck..............the product is designed really well and is at work as I type!

I bought this bunion corrector as a gift for my mom. At first, she experienced a bit of discomfort, which I expected as her feet were adjusting. But after some time, her bunions started to reduce in size, and she began to feel much better. Now she finds it comfortable to wear at home, and it has definitely made a positive difference.

I like the design and materials. I wear them only when I am home, before and after work. I can only wear them a couple hours at a time because it becomes painful to walk with them on. They definitely do not fit in my shoes or slippers. I believe I am starting to see the bunyons get smaller. It’s only been a couple weeks; but, definitely worth trying over ever needing surgery.

These helped me when I needed them but just know that they are very painful if you try to wear them with shoes and they aren't very comfortable to sleep in them.

Thought this would be good for a nice comfy all day wear but this thing is so solid that I will wear to bed but not during day it would be too much. For the price it’s great quality and built super tough. Also comes with toe spacers as extra bonus. This is best purchase I have bought for long time. Highly recommended.

I recently discovered I was getting a bunion because of walking/standing on concrete floors in bad shoes for so long. I had searched for a product that could help relieve the pain and possibly reverse the effects. So far, my pain is less than half of what it was. I can't say anything about reversing the effects yet, I will update when I have used the product for more than a few weeks. The extra toe spreader is also helping during the day when I can't always wear the brace, because you cannot wear it with shoes. Overall, I am extremely pleased with these bunion correctors!

Bought this for bunion relief. This was very uncomfortable and the brace is impossible to wear with shoes! The brace itself is big and although it has the adjustable straps to tighten it, once I tightened it to fit my foot the adjustable straps ended up on the bottom of my foot and toe making it very uncomfortable to walk in much less wear shoes with it. I will be returning this item. Maybe if there was different sizes it might be different.

I have used a device to bring my toe back into alignment for years. It needed to be replaced so I found this device that was a newer design and I assumed was a better design.The strap going around the heal is a much better design. That is all that was better.In the picture my old device is on the top and this one on the bottom. You can see the new device is a more compact, smaller device.The old strap going around the arch of the foot while the new one goes around much closer to the ball of the foot. The old one is more comfortable.The pressure on my toe was too great and I needed to loosen the toe strap a little. Being shorter, the hooks from the hook and loop fastener became exposed and rubbed against the skin causing soreness when I loosened the strap to relive the pressure.Because the strap going around the foot is shorter, it has to be attached perfectly or the hooks will rub against the skin causing soreness.The gel pad was a good idea, but it is in the wrong place and not where the pressure is applied. Because the strap is so short the seam where the hooks attach is right where the strap pulls on the toe, it is the seam and not the jell pad that puts pressure on the toe.I have tried for several months to make it work but can't do it. Back to the old one.Update:They reached out to me. They are unable to supply a larger size that will fit my feet. They will be giving me a refund.
