Bright gold and easy to use
Lovely bright gold colour running through. A little grainy in texture compared to other coloured fondant, but easy to shape when warmed. It gave my cake a real celebration feel and held its form when shaped into roses. Nice contrast with red or black fondant.

Nothing like the selling description.
Awful stuff. Far too soft to do anything with, even added Tylo powder to some, made no difference. It was like trying to roll out a marshmallow. The colour is nothing like the pictures. Too expensive for what it is.

Disappointing
Nowhere near as shiny as the pictures or packaging. It was very wet and sticky so very hard to roll out. It felt more like bread dough than fondant. OK for small decorations but I doubt I'd be able to roll it out to cover a whole cake.

Avoid
This was the stickiest fondant I have ever used in my many years of cake decorating. No matter the cornflour used, this stuck to a dusted rolling pin and a glass board. The colour lost it's luster and was left the colour of something found in the toilet pan.I was so looking forward to trying this product out, thankfully I had my handy Renshaws on hand to save the day.
