Snapped my little toe on the doorframe (typical) and this strap was perfect for the buddy tapping (strapping my broken toe to the toe next to it) I needed.This strap is stretchy and thin as compared to the others I had to return. It worked perfectly. You want the thin and stretchy kind for a toe break.My break was pretty bad and took a good 6 weeks. I went through two packages.

The fabric in the loops stretch so thin that they cut off circulation in your toes

Velcro fastener is very strong-that could be good or bad, but it was hard for me to undo it.

I found these stretch too much. The velcro is so adhering that they stretch when removed. This severely limits the useable life of the loop.
