not a quality Producct and vwey bad customer srvice
the Iron stopped working well within the warranty period. The iron was given to the authorized service Centre as per Stove craft communication. It is now since4 months, no positive response from pigeon.Worst experience

Difficult after sales service
I bought this on 22.7.23 and last week it stopped working. Informed to customer care amazon and they referred to contact company service center in your area. I strongly suggest not to buy this brand unless you have a service center in your city and within your reach. Now I am facing trouble to send for free repair as the product is in warranty period. Nearest service center is 45 kms away from my home. Totally a wrong decision I made by this purchase. Waste of money. Amazon should not showcase such products to customers of cities without service center.....Added on 29.11.23I once again request customers not to buy this product. Almost a month now, I have not received my defective product repaired/ replaced from service center. To hell with tthe service provider.
