These adhere to the wall and door well but the magnet is almost too strong. I feel like I’m ripping the door from its hinges..

Installed on the back of the door into a very small bathroom and just above the baseboard of the adjacent wall. That door kept "creeping" open & adjusting the hinges didn't work well enough.This was really easy to install & it now very securely holds that door fully open without being difficult to release when desired.

This is a great product that works as advertised. The Magnet is a little too strong. It's more effort than I expected to dislodge it from the wall. But better too strong than not strong enough. Will definitely keep the door open even with wind trying to close it.

These door stops are great. I love that you can screw both sides of the stop into the wall/door. The magnets are very strong, helping keep the door open when the windows are open and the wind blows.
