Perfection!!!
I bought 2 of these 8 foot extension poles to go with the Ettore Complete Ultimate Cleaning Kit. I bought 2 so that I don't have to switch the pole back and forth from scrubber to squeegee. Got one for each! These work beautifully! Sturdy, but lightweight enough so that your arms don't tire out. We live in a single story ranch style home, so the 8-foot poles are the perfect size. I highly recommend these extension poles.

great customer service
Really like the pole. Easy to extend and retract and handles well. However after 6 years of fairly light use, the threadedend of the pole used for screwing on some attachments broke off. I emailed Ettore customer service about availability of a replacement. Got a reply back the same day saying they would send me a free replacement. About a week later it came and now I'm back in business. Can't beat that.

I bought the 8' version of this pole but note that they do offer other lengths. At its maximum extension I find it a little difficult to transfer precise pressure from pole to squeegee to glass. So I don't think I would recommend any length longer than the 8. The attachment-detachment is quick and easy, as is adjusting the pole length. Very light but also decently strong.

Did not meet my expectations. It exceeded it!
I use this tool at my job at a well know fast food. It reaches under and behind tight fitting areas to quickly clean up dropped items.

Does The Job!
This extension pole does exactly what it says it will do, Cleaned all the windows on the inside and outside of my house in less than 45 minutes using the 6500 kit and the extension pole along with the Ettore cleaning solution. If you are using the 6500 cleaning kit, make sure the release button is inserted so the button is on the un-padded side of the tool handle. Otherwise it is too difficult to depress the button fully to release the tool from the pole. Great system.

Ettore 43009 REA-C-H Extension Pole
I paid a few dollars more than I wanted to pay for this item, but when I got it, I noticed right away that this pole could be classified as "Industrial'. It had some sturdiness....it had some heft to it. I am satisfied that I purchased something that I am confident will last a long time.
