Q: Can you apply this on wiper blades? My wipers skips/chatters horribly after applying Griot's glass sealant.

I would not recommend applying this to your wiper blades. I've never used the Glass sealant....just curious how old the windshield/ Car and obviously wiper blades are?? Perhaps try new blades. I imagine anything applied to wiper blades will smudge and eventually wear off shortly.

Q: Should this be applied with a microfiber cloth?

I spray onto any cheap pad or rag, wipe onto surface, , then wipe off with terry cloth for even appearance.

Q: Will this cover scuffs and superficial scratches in dash

It probably depends on the nature and severity of the scuff, but I wouldn't count on it for that. Having said that, though, I love this stuff. It is perfect for rejuvenating and protecting all the vinyl and rubber surfaces in my car, and it doesn't leave any kind of residue.

Q: Will it make my weather tech floor mats slippery?

Yes, very slippery. It will be back to normal in a week or so. I no longer put it on my weather tech floor mats.
