I was looking for a cheap set of gel varnish to do my nails for Christmas myself.Overall, (I'm not a nail tech and don't pretend to be) the colours of the green and red sparkle are exactly the colours I had imagined them to be.They also come with a green and a red and gold glitter and silver glitter.The red that isn't sparkly one isn't the red I thought. It's like a burgundy, maroon, purply dark red. And the green is what I would describe as sea green.The sparkly green is like emerald city with green glitter. The red is like Dorothy's red slippers red with red glitter. (You need to watch the 1939 wizard of oz film if you have no clue what I'm on about!)Application was fine. I'm not an expert. I buffed my nails. Applied a lavender violet base coat. Applied the colour. Then lavender violet top coat. I'm sure they have their own base and top coat for sale too though. I used an LED nail lamp for 90 seconds for each application.The green was very thick but I actually preferred this as I felt I had more control over the application. The red was a bit runnier. The size of the bottles is fine as I only wear these colours at Christmas time so will probably use them perhaps twice more. My nails are standard short nails so amount in bottle is plenty. The price was fantastic! The quality is fine for me. Perhaps if you're a nail tech it may not be but saying that if I was a customer I would be really happy with these colours on my nails.

I'm really pleased with these. I searched for gel polish in bold colours and these came up. I'm not the most skilled self-manicurist but I'm happy with the results. Would just note that the gold glitter required a colour undercoats in order to show up. I applied a gel top and base coat (not this brand) and two coats of colour each

The polishes cure very quickly and aren’t sticky after curing but they are quite thin so do need a couple coats. Also the colours are a bit brighter than in the photo and a two are a bit more purple but the colours are still nice x

Fine, cheap and nice colours, but not similar to image. Actual are more grey than nudes.

Gel nail polish arrived today. It is the worst I’ve used - too thick, lumpy and made a mess of my nails. It also doesn’t set very well because of this and comes off easily. Won’t be ordering again and can’t really use what I’ve got. Luckily, the cost was pretty low.

Colours are strong, good consistency, lasts well.
