Best in Class given limited to no competition
I dont review products on AMZN much but felt compelled to with this item given the large # of low reviews which dont seem justified. I installed this on a wagon stroller with a handlebar that was designed way too short resulting in constantly kicking the front axle when in use. I put the clamps right over the foam cover on the handlebar which admittedly will damage the foam somewhat, but when tightened down to the max - i recommend using a socket wrench vs a hex wrench for max torque - the thing wont budge. Length is perfect to avoid kicking the axle. Price point at $40 is high but considering this product is really the one out there of its kind, the company has the right to charge a premium until the copycats come out. Previously I used a bike handlebar extender which stayed on but the connectors were just too short to be of any real help with the issue.Update: the foam on the handlebar being connected to had to be removed as there was some slippage but the connector is holding snugly with the rubber gaskets and some double sided tape for good measure.Final Update: it is trickier than thought for the connector not to slip. Tried dbl sided tape, rubber tape and duct tape and nothing seems to hold it. Shifted gears and tried sandpaper oddly enough it was the only thing that worked. It needs to be under the connector and against the metal handle. Even better to glue two small pieces together so the sandpaper is also against the top connector bracket. Only way to get a bite.

Do Not Purchase!
Poorly made, difficult to install, and expensive. The handle was scratched when it arrived. It got more scratches when trying to install it. The handle moves constantly while using it. It's supposed to be a "feature" but it is not helpful. Despite tightening the handle as much as, it still moves while walking. I keep the hex wrench in the cart to tighten it while walking. Comfort grips won't fit on the handle. I wouldn't use it for a baby stroller. It's attached to a pet stroller so durability is not as important. I'm 5'10" and needed something to extend the handle. I would have returned it, but it was difficult to try to remove the extender to return it.

A little flimsy
It's kind of flimsy and the bar cushions provided to put over the bar for comfort are nearly impossible to slide on.

IT DOES NOT WORK (Don't buy this, see video below)
The media could not be loaded. Even after fastening it tight, it moves around and is loose. I also cut away the rubber grip on the buggy so this would fit tightly against the handlebar and I did add the 2 rubber strips that go between the clamp and the handlebar. This Item has no more than $2 worth of plastic and $1 worth of "hardware". It cost me 39 dollars from Amazon, ($42 with tax) and I should have put it straight into the garbage can (2nd image)! I drilled a hole in the clamp thru the handlebar adding a bolt and it was still loose. So I ruined it for a return. Watch the video, you'll see the problem..

Added to stationary bike - wonderful
My wife has wanted a higher handlebar on her stationary bike for years, we didn't think to look for an extension until a few days ago. This is wonderful.Granted I'm a long-term DIY'er so this was easy-peasy for me. There are a number of reviews about problems installing on strollers, etc. especially by people without much experience putting things together. You might need to be a little creative as well as patient (it's been 70+ years since we've had a toddler in permanent residence, but I remember).

Not the best solution - Doesn't fold well
I really wanted to love this, but if you ever fold your stroller up, this is a pain. I got this to use on our Wonderfold Wagon since it is notorious for having too short of a handle bar and you always end up kicking the stroller when you walk. When the stroller isn't folded, this works as expected to extend the handle bar. It's easy to install and sturdy, but the added length can make turns a bit trickier (which I was expecting). The part I wasn't expecting came when it was time to fold the stroller up. The Wonderfold is already massive, and this extender prevents you from being able to fold the handlebar down without hitting the storage pack. Unfortunately, I don't have enough room in my trunk without folding the handlebar down, so I had to grab a tool, loosen the screws, and take the extender off. To me, the time of manually adding it and removing it each time I use the wagon isn't worth the extra inches, so I'm sad to say I won't be using this as much as I expected. I tried it on some of my other strollers (Ergobaby, Chicco, and Bob) that already have extendable handlebars just to see, and they all have similar issues when it comes to folding the strollers. The strollers are meant to fold as compactly as possible, so adding extra inches to the top of the handlebar gets in the way and the extender sticks out. I wish it could easily fold down, without having to loosen the screws. Overall, I would recommend finding a stroller that works for your height, instead of adding an extra handle bar extender.

Does not tighten well onto smaller diameter stroller handle tubes
Okay, first of all I was very impressed with the construction of the item when I unboxed it. Both the struts are well manufactured and look like they can stand up to years of use. The carbon fiber tube that inserts to become the new candle is strong and lightweight, so it will function as the new handle for a long time. All of this is designed to be very lightweight, limiting the burden of pushing extra hardware and the impact on the center of gravity of the stroller. My issue, and the reason I had to return this product, is that clamps built into the ends of the struts that are designed to attach to the existing stroller handle do not clamp onto smaller diameter handle tubing well. Even after torquing the bolts to the max, the extension would just fall down and hang below the handle. Ineffective as an extension in that circumstance. I am positive that it would work very well on a stroller with a slightly larger diameter stroller handle tubing.
