These are not noise cancelling in the slightest. But that's because the headphones themselves are open back and basically transparent to outside noise lol...But it wanted me to review that, so... Yeh easy 1/5 stars for that.They're comfortable, easy to clean and they keep my hd599's off my big ears. They might even be better than stock

Bought for Sennheiser HD598 SEAs you can see from my photos, the old earcups were essentially destroyed from years of use. I genuinely loved the old cups, which were spacious and light, and lent themselves to a beautiful "wide" sound, so I've been hesitant to replace them. Unfortunately, the caveat for this is that it made these $300 (now nearly $600) headphones feel a bit "cheap", due to the lack of heft.When I received these cups, I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality. They make this set look more professional, and they are wonderfully comfortable, sealing to the ears nicely, sacrificing only a tiny bit of ear space, which wasn't a problem, even for someone like me, who has relatively large ears. The decision to go with velour material where it contacts your head, while using the leather-like material on the display sides was a thoughtful touch. They also add a small amount of weight to the already incredibly light headset, which is not a wholly unwelcome change. My set certainly looks and feels more like a piece of professional gear, now.These cups do seem to change the sound, mildly, but it's difficult to tell if it's truly much different from the stock cups, or if it's simply because my old cups were so beyond worn out for such a long time that I'm used to it. By no means is it a bad change, however, and I'm confident I'll grow accustomed to it after a break-in period. The biggest difference is in subjectively improved head seal and isolation, which *can* have a negative effect on the overall soundscape and noise fatigue caused by sound pressure for open ear headphones, but this is pretty easily counteracted by reducing volume, and can even aid in finding negative frequencies during EQ sweeps if you're using them for professional audio applications.Installation was dead simple, though I still recommend looking up a tutorial if you've never done this. The hardest part was removing the old pads, during which I nearly destroyed them, however, these new ones snapped right in without so much as a fuss.If you've got the $20 to spare, I'd definitely recommend at the very least giving them a try!

Was soll ich dazu schreiben? Sie kühlen und sind gut verarbeitet... genau wie beschrieben. Warum soll ich hier Tonqualität bewerten? Ist mir egal was die für Geräusche machen das sind Ohrpolster der Sound kommt vom Headset... aber bitte.. Ohrpolster machen keine geräusche Soundqualität vom Headset unverändert Top.

Padiglioni comodi, molto spessi e morbidi, qualità che gli consentono di risolvere l'unico problema che avevo con le mie hd560s ovvero il fatto che l'orecchio toccasse il padiglione. Bhe con questi nuovi cuscinetti il problema non c'è più!Il gel fa il suo lavoro anche se dopo 40/50 minuti di utilizzo l'effetto svanisce, ma non ci si possono aspettare miracoli, alla fine sono sempre dei cuscinetti che stanno a contatto con la pelle, prima o poi si scalderanno.La durata del raffreddamento è comunque sufficiente per permettere di fare qualche partita e poi basta prendere una pausa di 5/10 minuti per avere di nuovo i padiglioni freschi (ovviamente d'estate tutte queste considerazioni vanno ricalibrate considerando la temperatura esterna superiore).Inserirli è stato facilissimo dopo aver guardato un semplice video su youtube.Un'altro pro è che essendo più spessi e con i bordi in similpelle (o preso la versione caffè che esteticamente è molto carina) l'isolamento acustico è migliore rispetto ai padiglioni stock.In conclusione considero i padiglioni un'ottimo acquisto e li consiglio.

Excellent achat !Après la mise en place très facile de ces nouveaux coussinets, j'ai retrouvé mon HD 598 comme neuf ! L'impression de qualité est évidente.Au terme d'une première soirée, ma satisfaction est totale, tant au niveau de l’esthétique que du son ou encore du confort.Je ferai une simple remarque : Sans que cela ne me pose le moindre problème, ces coussinets me semblent "fermer" un tout petit peu le HD 598 qui, par conception, est un casque audiophile ouvert.
