Started taking these 30 mins before bed as a sleep aid. I wake up feeling well rested and refreshed not groggy. I’ve also had some vivid dreams which apparently is because magnesium glycinate improves REM quality (dream part of sleep). I had been taking melatonin for the last 15 years and didn’t want to take a synthetic hormone anymore so I went for a more natural route with magnesium glycinate. These also have other relaxing/sleep aid ingredients like GABA and L Theanine. Would purchase again. Flavor is sweet and good, no weird after taste. Only con is that they stick together in the bottle. I have to use my long nails to fish them out and separate them, so I removed one star.

My husband absolutely loves these. It a fun little bedtime treat he seriously looks forward to before bed. The product tastes great, and works even better. This bundle is a great deal.

The first bottle gummies we're stuck together.I was happy with the ingredients so order a second bottle, samething all stuck together. Unfortunately this is the last purchase for me .

Good flavor. In both bottles, all the gummies came stuck together making it difficult to dig them out.
