Great fins! I was skeptical that they would fit as most other manufacturers sizing puts me in the XS category. I normally wear a size 6 women's (5 women's in dive wear), but these fit me perfectly! Easy on and off with the handle like piece on the back strap, yet does not dig into my heel. Spring heel is high quality, with MANY dives/ snorkel /swims to come on them. Bonus plus, they match the remained of my dive wear, even though they are different bands.

THEY WORK
The fins look good. They fit well. The spring heel is very user friendly. They seem to be made well. They work well with the Aqua Lung booties. I highly recommend these fins.

Nice fit and beautiful design!
I got these fins last fall for a trip to the Galapagos. Absolutely love them! They are light, fit easily in luggage, they’re pretty to look at and also fit perfectly with my booties and were super easy to don on while bobbing around on an inflatable.

I found that Aqualung has a nice line of products designed for women in mind
I'm very new to diving and this was my first pair of fins. After some research, I found that Aqualung has a nice line of products designed for women in mind. I needed a fin that would work for really narrow feet, and these fit me fantastically. I've worn them diving with and without my neoprene socks and no problems. I highly recommend!

A slightly floppy disappointment.
The media could not be loaded. I really have been enjoying the few items coming out in the Twilight series (by Aqua Lung! Not that kiddie vampire thing!).I have a couple of the other Aqua Lung items and I kind of wanted to try out other items in this line. I also wanted to try out some new fins for a trip down to Baja California Sur so I picked up a pair of these. They look good. I love the purple accent a lot, but ended up getting the all white/grey/black pair. Those look pretty nice too. I just love getting new gear! Plus, there were a bit lighter than the other pairs of fins I've got! And since they flexed a bit, they easily fit into my luggage with the rest of my dive gear. The spring strap is an extremely valuable feature and great for putting your fins on quickly if you're walking into the surf, or just an added convenience if you're on a boat dive. They're awesome for quick removal too. (If you haven't yet, you can try adding a set of spring straps to your current fins if you don't want to buy a whole new pair). As far as comfort goes these definitely do offer that - at least for myself. I wore them with my Ellie Ergo boots (which I can't say enough about! I love those Aqua Lung boots!). I dove every day, for a week. I noticed no foot soreness or rubbing on my heels, instep, or anywhere else.I ended up leaving my old fins at home on my most recent dive trip. I took these with me. If i had both pairs with me I think I would have gone back to using my older pair. Maybe.I suppose I could've noticed the lack of stiffness in these fins, but I think I was just distracted with the shiny and new-ness of it all. On the first dive, I noticed a distinct lack of power in my kick. I seemed to feel the need to work a little harder than I'm used to. A lot of people in other reviews say these do give them a great power kick but I only noticed a lack of one. (My dive master buddy in Cabo Pulmo also got a pair and was disappointed too). Perhaps I'm just used to something a little more stiffer. The fins worked out fine for the rest of the trip especially since I was getting spoiled with the spring strap. In very nice and easy current, I did find that they were good for gentle frog kicking and I could maneuver around well enough if I wanted to go inverted or take some time to look at something small. But if I really wanted to move forward quickly, I had to put in a lot more effort. In the end, I know I wont be wearing these fins for my local Monterey or Southern California diving. With all the surface swimming and stronger currents, I'd feel better with a fin that could power me through if needed without having to use up all my energy so quickly. However, if I anticipated some nice and easy tropical diving without a lot of current and no drift diving, then sure, I might use these again - but probably not. I wouldn't pack two pairs! They're not horrible. In fact they have some excellent features! But I don't like the idea of making myself struggle more when I dive. I'll keep them as a loaner pair and maybe that friend will enjoy them so much I'll get some money back off of my purchase!

Great fin- love the Spring Strap
I've had difficulty trying to unbuckle my old fins while hanging off the stern in choppy seas. It was always the most stressful part of a dive, with others waiting to climb after me.These fins are wonderful! Easy and quick to don off and on.
