the pan is a nice big size, very sturdy and well made, but also very light weight. made a nice cuban picadillo recipe in it. the non-stick ceramic interior is perfect for tomato based saucy recipes. cooked perfectly, cleaned up very easily, no stains, no sticking. the silicone knob and handle covers stayed cool to the touch. the spoon is a great added touch, softy and sturdy but won't destroy the coating. i will be using this for everything from now on. if this came in more sizes, i would buy a few more.

This is by far the best I have at home. Just hand wash and don’t use metal utensils with it and it will last a very long time. Nothing get stick to it. Super easy to clean, can cook with less oil. Good size. Easy to use. Love the items included. I totally recommend it.

I am obsessed with this thing! It is so easy to clean and maintain and allows me to do quite a bit of the cooking I normally would want to do with my cast iron with less after care. The silicone handle holders are nice but I wish they snapped on better for storage purposes when not in use. Easy solution is to toss them inside the pot or in a nearby drawer. The spoon rest is top tier and almost makes me want to replace a LOT of pans just to have the built-in spoon rest.

I am very pleased with this pan. I purchased the 7qt, and the size is really great for cooking spaghetti sauce and stews. It is a sturdy well-made pan. I love the way it looks. The lid seals well while cooking.
