These are top quality lady fingers. Used them in a new trifle recipe and everyone just raved about it. I like that they soaked up the fruit juices but did not get soggy - nice texture! Would def buy again!!

These ladyfingers make the most tasty tiramisu! They are crunchy but also slightly soft so they soak up the right amount of expresso without becoming a soggy mess. I will keep buying these!

I purchased these for Tiramisu and they served the purpose!!

Just made an authentic Tiramisu with these Italian lady fingers. They were crisp, flavorful and slender (before dipping them in espresso). They absorbed the espresso, but not to the point they became mush. I had to dip a few an extra time because I'm used to a slight dip too long that turns them into a sloppy mess. It was a pleasant surprise! They held their shape and the taste with the espresso was rich and moist. A wonderful choice for a good lady finger.

These would have been great but they have sugar sprinkled on the top of them which gave my teramisu a crunch instead of smooth and creamy.

Worked well for tiramasu! Enough for two recipes! I froze the leftovers!
