I really wanted an onion oil, because I would prefer the flavour to the commonly sold garlic oil. I was even considering making my own, but that would lead to waste and spoilage.I was very happy to come across this product. I was even more happy when I used it to make my lunch. I thought it would be better for drizzling and may lose it's flavour while cooking, but I was surprised to find it really added a good amount of flavour to my portabello mushrooms after I cooked them with it! And yes, I do find it tastier and more interesting than garlic oil. The olive and onion taste blends much better. It isn't too pungent, nor too subtle.To add, the bottle is very nice, easy to open, and all three bottles arrived in good condition and were packaged well.Great product!

Best tasting Olive oil Iv ever tasted. It’s a proper Greek taste especially on red flavoursome tomatoes with oregano yum yum !!!iv never tasted this feta flavour before it’s a brilliant idea!!!😃

I bought this oil as I am on a Low Fodmap diet. I can not eat onions or garlic. I use the oil to add to recipes that require onions. It is also nice as a dressing in salads.

This is another of those 'you get what you pay for' products. It is very cheap for a truffle oil and lacks the flavour punch of more expensive products. That said, it's still very good quality - but you need more of it than some rival products. It should thus be used more as a drizzling oil than as something added to give a big truffle 'kick' to a soup or casserole. It would be good tossed with chips or maybe as a light dressing on a salad - but I'd use it in a different way to some of its more expensive rivals.

This oil comes well packaged, nice bottle and a lovely smell upon opening, the taste is most original with lemon background just very special and very delicious.

This product is ideal for me, I suffer with IBS and onion is one of the triggers, however as this is infused with onion I can safely use this without having a flare up.
