I have a dozen pair of these. They are lightweight, comfortable and a great value.I am 6" 3" and about 180 lbs. I would say my waist is about 35". I bought medium and they fit perfectly...not too tight. Highly recommended. Excellent for travel as they take up no space and dry quickly.

Fits comfortably and fantastic for longer trips or backpacking when you have to launder by hand. They dry very quickly and feels soft. As for coolness, I can’t tell if they’re cooler than their cotton counterparts. But since they’re thinner and wick’s perspiration, theoretically yes, cooler. I took 4 pairs for a multi-weeks trip and I never had to worry about clean underwear. Wash them at night, dries by morning without having to blot the extensively with towels, just drip dry.

Very nice shorts for exercising and in warm climates. They do run a bit smaller so would recommend a larger size.

Great fit and material. L is good if you wear size 34. Soft material, quick dry.
