I received the laptop in a good condition and as described. Everything working good, touch screen, keyboard, keyboard backlight, ....etc.The only thing missing is the Microsoft office which is not installed.

It looked brand new, arrived on time with completely exact description as it said. I literally am in love with it.I have had it a few days and yes it is perfect

When we start it, lots of virus showed and MS windows licence was not active.
