Not what I was looking for
This unit is great in regards to being able to clean the areas that get dirty. The pan surrounding the mixing arm is completely removable. This was a great design item. Unfortunately, the unit is not designed for ongoing heavy use. It cuts out and stops working, sometimes for periods of hours before it would turn on again. On the back is a resettable fuse but even that wouldn't allow the unit to be powered back on for a while.I gave it 3 stars but if your looking for a mixer to use only a few times a day, it would warrant 4 or 5.
