I ordered this septum set for my daughter for Easter. She absolutely loves them; super cute, the blue stone butterfly is her favorite! However, the 2 rings in the photo were defective & the ends will NOT come off so she can insert it. So we quickly submitted a "Return" through Amazon and sent them back for replacement. The company promptly shipped us a replacement package which arrived today. But unfortunately the exact same 2 septum rings are also defective, she cannot wear them if she can't get the end of it off. We are torn between getting our money back & buying some from another company or going through the trouble of doing another replacement shipment when we could possibly get another defective set. Just disappointed!
