It's alright.
Firstly- noise cancellation has a rating there, unsuual when the entire premise of such a product is to have NO noise cancelling... So one star there actually means it's great in that regard!Sound quality is a bit shoddy. Would've hoped to have better bass response when they're so direct, and other bone conduction devices shine through with their bass response, albeit sometimes a little muddy. These just lack that bass at all, with the exception of the startup/shutdown sound, indicating they can indeed provide that bass, but any audio playing to them via bluetooth just doesn't match it, even when I EQ the incoming audio. But good build quality, and if you just want something open-ear that gives you a little bit of a music boost, I cannot flaw it there. Just don't expect it to rival actual earbuds, let alone headphones.

Returned
Model itself is good and great advantage is a USB Type-C chargong port. It could be a bit louder, but these was my first bone conductant headset so I don't have comparison. Also setting app has limited options for audio control.Unfortunately, the model I bought at this retailer had left speaker not working (tested on many different devices) so I had to return it (probably factory fault).

Great set of bone conducting headphones
These are great if you want to listen to music but also be aware of your surroundings. Great for biking and running, where you might want music to keep you going, or help keep your mood up, but you also want to be aware of traffic or others around you.

Long battery life great choice for road runners
These USB-C Long Battery life Philips headphones are the best bone conduction headphones I have used. Bone conduction headphones don’t block your ears so you can hear more of your surroundings; though they also leak audio out so your surroundings can’t block you either. The fit for me is a little tight on the ears; it pulls them back slightly; but I have used them for long periods working from home and in the office. In the office they are great as you can hear what’s going on and interact whilst playing music or listening to an audio book.Listening to music the sound is light on bass; if that is your preference you won’t like bone conduction as all of them are light on bass. The band around your head has volume up and down buttons; along with a multi-function press button (press 2 to skip a track style.) The left ear speaker has a pause start button on it.The battery life is excellent; I have used them for a couple of days without recharging; so, none of the wireless ear bud charge every 5-hour nonsense here. They charge by usb-c – which is under a protective flap. The headphones are IPX5 so they will survive rain; but you can’t swim in these headphones. If you are taking them out walking or running bone conduction headphones are helpful as they let you hear your surroundings; there are also two red LED’s that shine behind your ears. If you are on the open road this could be a useful warning sign for other road users. If you want headphones that let you hear what’s going on around, you; bone conduction is the way to go. With these you get that, usable controls, and a very long battery life.

Good while cycling, but annoying with glasses
Bone conduction headphones are very clever, allowing you to listen to music or radio while still hearing the outside world. This is the second pair I have tried, and while the sound and functionality of these Philips headphones are superior, I still find the design of bone conduction headphones to be slightly annoying for glasses wearers, as they sit exactly where the glasses arm goes. That said, I can't moan about the sound quality. It's crystal clear, whether listening to music or spoken word. Headphones also look great, and when not wearing glasses, feel light and comfy.

Annoying & only useful in very quiet environments.
Frequently disconnects and reconnects. Constant and frequent pop ups asking to add the Philips headset to Gmail account when already added. Lots of vibration with highest sound volume but lacks clarity. Can barely hear anything in traffic. Frustrating.
