it's real hard to for me to spend a lot money on a habit i haven't had a proper opportunity to start. i've been doing cold showers for almost 9 years now along with win hoff breathing, so i've been eyeing the market for cold plunges a long time. i just couldn't justify the steep expenses for most of the options that have been out there.this product is a no brainer for me. it's so compact, super easy to put up and put down, drains easily and doesn't need any modifications (unlike the galvanized trough i bought for this purpose, still waiting for me to finish). i put it in the corner of my gym near a garage door opening and i set it inside of a plastic oldschool kiddy pool. mostly to catch water when i get in and out, and then i have a kink free fiberjacket hose attached to the drain plug for when i want to empty it.i haven't been very diligent about keeping track of the temperature since my pool is still open and i only have one thermometer atm, but i'm just trying to build this habit first before i get super technical with it.the way i "ice" it is by having 1 gallon water jugs filled with water in my deep freeze, sticking them in the night before and then keeping them in the kiddy pool when i'm in it. works for me for now until i get more serious.highly recommend, awesome gateway into the world of cold plunge.oh be sure to check into the different ways to keep the water sanitary. i don't think i'm allowed to put that info here, but it's out there and something to consider/learn about.

Produit de mauvaise qualité au bout de 30 min de mise en place le tour de la baignoire s'est déformé. Le coussin est percé au niveau de la valve. Bref passé votre chemin.
