Vallejo Model Color 17 ml Acrylic Paint - Basic Skintone

Vallejo produce some excellent quality and very good value paints. The paint applies smoothly and evenly, and the colours are consistent. The bottle dispensers are easy to shake and the application can be made directly to the brush or target object; or paint can be squirted into a mixing cup. Just clean the nozzle before replacing the screw-on cap and the paint remains in perfect condition.

Needed a base for my Flames of War 15mm German armour, and Vallejo paints are great for the job. It has a nozzle so you can control how much you use. It mixes well with water so you can thin it out. The colour was what I wanted. What more can a wargamer want from paint.

I have recently moved from GW to Vallejo, and the quality of the paint is just superior. If people are looking for a really good-looking brown, somewhere in between Rhinox Hide and Thondia Brown, this is ideal.

I've used a couple of different brands of model paint but vallejo is the one is I go to the most just lately.I love this Blue Green shade. Usually I use these paints for painting miniatures but the skull in the photo was made with resin and i used this vallejo paint to colour the resin by adding a couple of drops into the resin before pouring it. It was a bit of an experiment but I love the results and I intend to try using some of my other vallejo paints the same way.In terms of actually painting miniatures, I do like using this paint. It's a good strong pigment and gives a nice even coverage, though it is a bit thinner than some other model paints I've tried so depending on the look your going for you may need a couple of coats.I like the squeezy bottle because I cant accidentally taint the paint in the bottle with another when using multiple colours at once. I can also better control how much paint I release each time so I don't waste any. I'd happily buy this paint again.

I'm using this with several brands of acrylic paint on miniatures and models.I used to think this was a silly product. "What, um, just use water!?" Nope. Adding a bit of this medium to your glaze makes it much less fiddly to apply and work with. It's a must if you're doing really thin glazes. It lets you water the paint down as much as you want, then add a bit of this medium to bring back some body and workability.This has definitely improved the quality of my work. Recommended.

the color is more like Russian Green than Reflective green. so I had to buy it again Fromm another store. this was not Reflective Green it was Refractive green but with the same Vallejo number
