Worked for a little while.
Bought these in Aug 2023 though they were just what I needed.About three months latter the right one quit working and won't HD a charge.I paid quite a bit for hearing amplifiers,that's what they are.and then one of them is defective ,not good.would not recommend to anybody.

Whistling
I don’t know there’s a few things wrong that I didn’t really like. I only tried it for a couple hours and set it on the shelf. For me, it doesn’t fit in my ear very well and falls out really easy and the other thing would you try to push it back into your ear it whistles too much I’m just not liking it.

This product worked well while the warranty lasted but now that it's up the product has failed

Impressive but with limitations
Right out of the box I was impressed by the quality of the packaging (on par with Apple products). The instructions are very good and clear with good diagrams (although there are a few grammatical errors that could be corrected by using an English-speaking proofreader instead of depending on AI to get it right). The hearing aids themselves are very much like earbuds. I chose the black over the flesh-colored ones - they look less like hearing aids.The sound clarity is impressive - very natural. I have moderate hearing loss and find that turning the volume up a 1/3 of the way is sufficient for me. I listen to music while working and that level allows me to turn my volume down significantly. Wearing them for the first time, I was startled when my wife walked in and started speaking to me!Having worn "over the ear" hearing aids for a number of years, it is a different experience wearing these as the block out any other sound input to the ear (similar to wearing earbuds) so hearing your own voice is a little muted, but the tradeoff of not having an annoying wire over the ears is worth it - especially if you wear glasses too.The docking station/carry case is very well made too and putting the units in for recharging is simple.I haven't watched TV while wearing them yet, but I think it will be a big improvement and perhaps I won't need to depend upon the closed captions.They have a downside when wearing them outdoors - wind will cause a lot of sound in your ears and every step you take thumps in your head ( the downside to blocking your ear canals). If you’re only going to wear them indoors they will be fine.Ultimately, I returned mine as I need indoor/outdoor capabilities.

just what we needed
I was skeptical of these working well and when i received them the right hearing amplifier would not work and i contacted support by email and they immediately got back to me and sent me a new right ear amp which worked fine. Customer support is great. The product works well once you get the volume adjustment set to your liking which may take a day or two. Overall i recommend them to anybody wanting to hear their spouse or tv better. They work for me. Extremely pleased.Remember it takes a day or two to get used to them and get them adjusted. Do not be impatient and look for instant gratification there is a learning curve with them and all hearing aid type devices. I RECOMMEND THEM AND THE SUPPORT IS SUPER GREAT.

It Doesn’t last long it whistles more than over the ear aid .had issues when first brought with the base isn’t properly charging
