I was having really oily patches on my face, which caused me to break out. My friend recommended I was only the oily spots with this product (because it can be drying). It is amazing! Cleared my skin right up! Highly recommend!

I don't want to speak too soon, as I have only been using this product for 3 days... however, so far I am SUPER impressed. I have tried nearly all of the black soaps. I love this one. Don't think this soap is just for Africans. I have used this for years since I discovered it. It suds great, is gentle on the skin, yet DOES clean. I have used it on the toughest stains on my clothes and it works well above other products. And the best is it doesn't leave any bad after "stink". I have used this for presents many times. And, this is about the best deal you will get.

I've been using the soap for 2 weeks and I love it. I can actually feel the difference after a shower (it is a little strange seeing gray suds), I feel clean, but not dry.I've just recently started using it on my face, I'm very careful about what I put on my face as I am acne prone. No adverse reactions after a week. I also like the smell.

I heard this soap is supposed to work wonders on acne prone skin. Some people I know swear by it. I honestly don't know if it works at all. It seemed as if it would work on some days and on other days I would still get break-outs. Vegetable oil is one of the ingredients, then how does it help oily skin?...on to the next facial product.

Black soap is named because it is just that, black in color. It lathers well and is gray to look at. It will not stain a wash cloth or hands/ skin.
