Easy to use Dependable product
After pressure washing and cleaning the surface of my roof I have a 12x34 ft camper I was able to get three coats out of a 5 gallon bucket and now here it is 6 months later and it is working very well. Very easy to apply I waited 24 hours between applications and I've had no problems

Wast of time
I was out of town and I got some one to put this stuff on 5 gallons on a 200 square foot building. I'm sure the roof wasn't that big. Very poor quality waste of money had to spin more stuff in home. Depot costs about the same and works magnificent. This stuff should not be sold at all.

Good Adhesion
Used this as a base layer of protection on an old metal roof. Let it cure out about a week then top coated it with elastomeric coating for UV protection. This rubberized stuff has excellent coverage capability and stayed tacky to accept the top coat. Time will tell, but it seems to be just what was needed.
