Not too strong a taste as to be expected with the light version
To anyone not familiar with tahini the light does NOT refer to fewer calories, only to the colour, presumably the dark is toasted more and I find the flavour of dark tahini a bit bitter. Tahini IS VERY high in fat, no getting away from it, but it is highly nutritious, is needed to make houmos, and is handy as a spread in itself, though I would recommend something else with it as it is not as tasty as peanut butter, even if you add salt (as salt is never added).

Quality
Very good quality organic sesame seed paste, delicious straight out of the tub! Will try whole sesame seed paste tub version next time, adding even more flavour, nutrients and fiber.

Being married to a middle eastern man we consume A LOT of tahini. Good quality and keeps fresh in the tub. Have been buying this for a year now. Dogs love it too!
