Westinghouse 12" Electric Pizza Oven, Black

This electric pizza oven is easy to use and works great! I’m looking forward to cooking other things in it.

I’ve made great pizza with this oven several times, but I went to turn it on today and it won’t turn on. Buy with caution.

This little oven was very easy to set up and start using. No assembly required, just put the ceramic tile pizza stone in there and go for it. I made three 12 inch pizzas back to back to try it out. I started with it on high heat for the first, then turned it down a bit for the second two. Pizzas were flavorful, cooked in a couple minutes, with airy crust. I will need some time to get the proper temp dialed in to avoid over cooking the bottom before the top finishes.Use corn meal on the pizza peel and make sure it will slide off before attempting to put it in the oven. Tight area to work in...no room for error.

I thought the price was too good to be true, and indeed -- the first thing I noticed after receiving the product is that the online max temp does not match what's written everywhere on the box and in the manual. The box clearly says this can only reach a max temp of 750, while everywhere on amazon it says max 950. What's up with the false advertising? I even tested it out and the heater would turn off after reaching 750..
