The product is fine. Looks pretty cute. But they lied about the water noise. Listening to the water gurgle 24/7 is literally equivalent to chinese water torture. I'm losing my mind. Even while sleeping I can hear that wicked noise that couldn't have originated from anywhere else but the nine hells. It grates my ears and makes me want to rip my face off. 7/10, would recommend.

The fact that the water is like a freshwater river flowing is very good.Good quality and durable product. However the water pump pressure has reduced so working with the seller to fix that hence lower rating than 5.

Excellent product
It is an excellent product and ensures regular flowing water supply to our pet cats. Only disadvantage is that it has to be switched on 24 hours causing electricity wastage. An indicator that might turn it on when pets come near is what I suggest to perfect this product.

Good product but could've been better
The media could not be loaded. My cat loves his new bowl but is a little scared of the water fountain. He'll get used to it soon so not an issue. Super easy to clean and carry.The only reason why I gave a 4 rating is that the wire length is way too small and they didn't even give the plug with it...had to use of my mobiles.Kinda disappointed caz of that.
