I have not yet used this set. It is very soft and well made. the strapped waist belt will be a nice asset. I am just a little unsure of why the round ones are so big. It would be helpful to have had a guide for suggest body parts to use on.

I have been battling with chronic pain in my left rib for years and decided to give castor oil a try. I was struggling to keep the castor oil in place without having to use a makeshift solution like Saran Wrap and kitchen towels…yes totally serious…this wrap has been a game changer for me. I started using castor oil pack for my own health issues and let me tell you this had been the best pack I’ve tried by far not only do it come with a lot of other pieces but it don’t leave a mess at all and y'all know how messy Castor oil can be. I put the one that straps on . On my belly almost every night. No matter how much i toss &turn in my sleep it still don’t shift or come off 10/10

These wraps are okay but the large one has two hard plastic clips that you have to feed the strap through ( which isn’t easy) to secure. I purchased this for wearing at night and it is quite uncomfortable. Only using during daytime now. The “cotton” flannel pad that comes with it worries me as it feels synthetic- not using that part so purchased other organic cotton to use with these items.

I'm loving the options of different shapes and sizes. As a curvy woman, it's often hard to find things that will accommodate us, but I am having no issues and I love the way the oil packs fit to cover the areas I need.

The only down size I have about all this products is the eye mask is very small... for a baby head. It doesn't go around my head. But I Really don't use it. I have use the breast round ones, the abdominal and a arm/ leg and I love them.
