This blade works great for grooming my poodle. It cuts through the hair easily. The blade does get hot after extended use, but it's not the blade, it's the trimmer that causes it to get hot.

I bought the 5fc blade and #30 blade. Both have not cut properly since I got them. I tried oiling them. I finally got my sharpener out here and he said the blades are no good and he can't sharpen them. It's been too long so the return window closed and I can't contact the seller about the defective blades. I'm a newer dog groomer so it took a while to get the sharpener out here and figure it out. Since I'm newer I thought maybe it was me but the blade sharpener I use that has been sharpening blades for decades could not get them sharpened at all and it was the first time trying to sharpen them. I had the blades for 3 months and tried to use them several times but just couldn't get them to cut the hair good.

The first time I purchased these they worked amazing! Didn't have any issues with it and my clippers. But I just purchased again for the 2nd time and for whatever reason the blades do not fit very well with my clippers. I can still use them but they're weird. I can't quite place it.They do get hot fairly at a normal pace. Cleaning has not been an issue. They're easy to use. I'm not sure what is up with it this time lol.
