TelPal Corded Home Phone - Landline Wall Mount, Big Button Phone with Flash, Redial, High/Low Ringer, Retro Design, No AC Power Required

I know BT are getting of the old cable but, in the meantime, we have quite a lot of power cuts around here (some for over eight hours) and simply plugging this directly into the socket gives me phonage without electricity - which is especially useful if I haven't been able to charge my mobile. I have used it thrice in the last two months! However, it obviously needs other people to have their mobile phones charged or landlines to receive my calls! I love it as a change. It reminds me of the 20th century and I even quite like having to sit with it and its cord rather than wander around talking.

I thought this phone was great at first with fast delivery but have since discovered that when I phone someone the sound is garbled. This is not my phone line as my old BT phone works well. Cannot return as I have thrown box away. So disappointed. Do not buy,

Landline phone came in as expected.

Not a quality product.

just needed a wall phone for occasional use next to a desk. This phone serves the purpose inexpensively but clearly very little thought was put into its design. The jack for the cord is at one end of a rectangular pocket on the bottom of the base. The pocket is so narrow - just about the with of the plug on the cord - that you cannot hold the sides of the plug to push it into the jack. I had to fold paper to raise the "floor" of the pocket to the level of the jack so I could push the plug in from behind.Also, the hook that hold the phone in the base while it is hung on the wall is perhaps a millimeter tall, making it hard to engage the handset without careful positioning.

I needed a landline phone in case power goes out. After researching it online, I found this phone. Actually, It turned out to be amazing. It's sturdy and durable. It had large buttons with a low/hi switch. I really liked its timeless sleek design.

I didn’t know landline was a thing anymore but I got this one just for the kids playroom. Won’t be hooking it up obviously but thought this would make a good edition to their pretend kitchen. Installed easy, nice color for the girls, cord is long enough for them to enjoy at their kitchen area without getting wrapped up
