Great quality for the price
The media could not be loaded. Idk why some people are saying the sound quality is bad, I just upgraded from Samsung and the sound quality is much better and louder. Sound is only on 30 and it’s very clear. Picture quality seems to be the same as Samsung. The Home Screen is way nicer and and easier to use. It’s also a lot thinner and lighter but very sturdy

Worth it
I bought this in the sales as an idea to upgrade my gaming set up. I have been impressed by a lot of things about this inexpensive TV. It's light, dragging a 43" to the attic wasn't as bad as expected, set up was easy, connection to WiFi straightforward and without issue. Also connected to my Prime account. Let me say that the sound is well above average for this kind of TV, it's good, clear and with a good range, I've scrapped the PC speakers they are that good. I initially thought there was a lag between computer and screen but as soon as I set the input type to PC it vanished, I assume picture processing and upscale for TV input. It works a treat from only having a network connection as well, no aerial. I've spent a fair few hours using it now and can't fault it. Crisp, clear picture with good colour, nice sound, responsive when watching anything. Impressed.

Great standard smart TV
It can lag sometimes when selecting something with the remote but always sorts itself out after like 30 seconds, otherwise it's great value for money and you can get a decent amount of apps/streaming services. The live TV section isn't great but that could just be my location or the specific aerial I have. Great picture quality and clarity, easy to use and fairly quick for the most part. Also if you have an Alexa, you can control the TV with certain actions which I thought was quite cool

No brainer!
Excellent TV at a truly great price. This TV is feature-packed with the Amazon connectivity and ability to install apps. While the screen is 1080p it is sharp and crisp. The colors pop and the built in picture modes really make a huge difference. If you can't find something that fits your need you can always go manual as well. PS5 plays great but I do recommend setting the screen to Game mode. It's just the right size on my desk and makes a nice screen to work from home on as well with my laptop. No brainer here.

Excellent value, great picture, great price
I purchased this unit with the intention of using it to display video and presentations in meetings at work. I mounted it on the wall using the supplied VESA fixing points, and it is perfect for the job.The product is very light - I can pick it up with just a finger and thumb - and the full HD picture quality is excellent. For the money this TV would be very difficult to beat, it is a real bargain.Note that, because it is a Fire TV, you have to connect it to an Amazon account or it will whinge at you continuously until you do. You can use external inputs without connecting it to an account, but it is still annoying to have to go through the process skipping and confirming you want to skip every time you turn the screen on. I bought this personally for use at work but I am loath to attach my personal account to the screen and risk the potential of others purchasing on my account. Experience shows that Amazon will allow voice ordering even if you have turned off the various options and Fire TVs have to be handled separately and entered in various places to get full protection. I could sign up for a new account, but I am not sure that I want the amount of email that would, unleash. If I were using it at home, I would not have any problem with attaching my personal account, it is only my unusual usage that makes this a potential issue.Overall, this is a light, sturdy, modern looking television, easy to use, responsive, and perfect for the intended purpose. As a bedroom TV or display it offers great value for money.

Mostly excellent but with some weaknesses.
This is a Fire TV, as stated, with the Freely app built in, which can be accessed independently of the Fire TV menus via dedicated buttons on the remote. The TV remembers were it was at last shut down and restarts in the same place, so avoiding the need to reload Freely every time. Pressing the home button does take you to the Fire TV menu which is nice and useful for those who prefer finding content that way.The TV is mostly very good with decent images and good sound, both of which can be tweaked extensively in the settings to suit your own tastes and within its hardware parameters, which I found necessary for the preset start-up pictures. The picture quality varies depending on the source of the images and the type of images being displayed. HD images and above are mostly excellent, while SD broadcasts are a mixed bag with those from Freely streaming much better than those from the built in aerial tuner, which aren't so good by often looking a little fuzzy. SD aerial inputs from external sources can look better depending on the device being used.Freeview isn't built-in to the set, but is replaced by Freely which currently doesn't have all the freeview channels. Freely reorganises some of freeview's channel numbers which you have to get used to.The HD broadcasts from the aerial, which are splendid, are allotted to the lowest channel numbers and don't need the internet to work, unlike the Freely SD broadcasts that immediately follow them. The SD broadcasts from the aerial are allotted to the higher channel numbers - from around 150 on, and on my 55 inch screen, don't look as good as the duplicated ones from freely streaming (at the lower channel numbers) which arrive at the set slightly behind the aerial's ones. These live freely streaming channels along with the on-screen TV guide and catchup TV won't work without a decent Internet connection, but do work with just WiFi, without an aerial, which makes channel surfing live-streaming broadcasts much easier than with freeview play and separate apps. The sound from the internal speakers is fairly good and quite acceptable for general viewing with the option to make lots of adjustments in settings.Connecting to an external speaker via Bluetooth caused lip-syncing issues, as often happens with many TVs, but here in the settings the sound or picture is delayable, bringing dialogue back in sync, which I was surprised to see on a budget TV.The remote control is nice to hold and easy to use with with good in-hand feedback from button presses. There is a slight response delay from the TV at times which is something you can get used to.You would have to place it side by side with higher spec/priced TVs to be fully aware of it's HD/UHD picture and sound shortcomings. But as a standalone offering, it's hard to fault. As none of the TVs weakneses are overly distracting or irritating, I think it represents really good value for money at its current price point and is certainly a tv that you could easily live with.
