I did not buy it for myself, but I was stalled that it has a pleasant taste and that she is unable to give me a full answer, as to if it’s Effectiveness.

Great for when you need a fast acting supplement
This stuff is fantastic if your iron levels are low and you need an immediate boost, being in liquid form it’s faster acting than tablets and stronger overall. Not a nice taste though I’d say personally but it’s what you need if you need an iron boost. Being liquid, you can add this into meals easily too but be weary of adding in before cooking as I believe it reduces its effectiveness

Tastes Awful but Really Makes you less tired
Tried many products, going through the menopause, so deathly tired but on this taken properly, it actually does work and I know when I am taking it and when I have forgotten. Not going to lie the taste of it is like a prune apple mix, its not something you go - Oh yummy!, it tastes as if it is a medicine of sorts! But it works and last around 4 weeks. Never an issue with it arriving safely and in one piece, comes in an old fashioned brown medicine glass bottle. I even take it away with me when I go on holiday as it works that well.

Works like a charm
I had purchased this because I had recently discovered that I had an iron deficiency. After a month and a half, I had gone to get another blood test and my levels were right back to normal! This is definitely worth the money. The amount that should be taken is on the front of the bottle and the lid has measurements on it so it’s really helpful.

To maximise the iron absorption, take Floradix Liquid Iron on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after. Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml twice daily Children aged 6-12 years: 10ml once daily Children aged 3-5 years: 5ml once daily
