I think so but I’m not sure. The large ones would probably fit. They are stretchy

They would probably work well on the outdoor chairs, although I'm not sure if water could get into it. Maybe if it fits really tight around the chair leg it would not allow water to get in. You could probably use a little Elmer's school glue to seal around the top after you have it on the chair, since it dries clear you won't be able to see it and that would help keep water out

it defintiely solved the noise on my chairs but i dont think its grippy enough. it actually makes my chair glide easier so as not to have noise .

The felt base is sticked to the base of the silicone, so I think that it protects well from water.
