Laxmi Kabuli Chana White Chickpeas - Whole Chana, 4 Pound Bag

The chickpeas are a bit small and of non-uniform shapes and sizes. I suspect the beans are many years old because the beans remain hard despite 48 hours of pre-soaking and extensive cooking period. In future I will stick with domestically grown chickpeas.
