so far so good... and i wasnt convinced that it was even going to work based on the price--or worse, somehow scramble my nice sony camera. but i took a chance and so far its works great, even charges the original sony battery. the included battery does have an interesting feature, and gives an approximate time remaining for the battery life. i dont feel that it lasts longer or shorter than the original sony--both of them, in my opinion, peter out far too quickly (perhaps i should stop reviewing every single picture on the display... :) all in all, im satisfied. havent tried to charge it in the car, but may not use that feature too much anyway. will update this review if something goes awry, but as of now, so far so good. and very fast shipping, too.

Housemate had found his little SONY camera buried in his suit case after 3 years. But he did not have the charger. Checked two well known "brick and mortar" stores, and just a charger by itself costing $40, and the battery running about $10 or more depending on brand. I balked at spending that much, so I searched on line. Over the housemate's misgivings, I ordered this charger with battery through amazon. The charger works, and the housemate has mentioned several times how long the battery holds its charge!One suggestion for amazon - the photos of the charger do not make it clear that it has a fold out plug for home use, so I was worried it would be a mobile (12 volt) only charger!

I really like that you can have a car charger on the go! Everything has worked fine so far and wrks the same as the original charger. The only tiny bad thing is that the extra battery it comes with fits a dink too small but or maybe it's the position of how you're charging it idk, but with any clip or anything you put to make it tight will do. On original battery it charges perfect I haven't even used my original charger I use it as an extra one now that I found it :)

So far the battery seems fine. I could not get the charger to work at first. I had to wiggle it in the outlet before it came on, every single time. So I have no expectations that it will last very long. But the price was amazingly good and I received it quickly. And since that is all I needed, I am satisfied.

THIS is probably the best purchase I've ever made on Amazon ! An equivalent set of this stuff was $60+ every where else. THe battery fit just a little snugger than the original Sony battery. But other than that, it a has all worked great, and was an amazing price ! I can't remember now, but I think less than $15, including shipping. Love being able to go from the car to the house with the same charger !

I searched through you site with the make and model of my camera. I came across the charger I thought would work best for me. I needed just the charger but this one offered a battery with it and I felt that would be a nice extra. I ordered it and received it in a timely manner and was excited because I could not use my camera and my grandsons 1st birthday was coming. Imagine my surprise when I got it and plugged it in to charge the battery and it popped. I touched it and the charger was hot. It had only been plugged in to the outlet for about maybe less 10 minutes before I heard the pop. I rechecked the box and it was not the charger for my camera so I contacted the company and let them know it was defective and that it was the wrong charger for my camera. The told me that it is what I had ordered and I have han no other correspondance from them. It is too bad you have your name attached to this company, because I don't know that I would buy another product because of the service and the product quality. Pan Dehogues.
