I use it for my feet, chronic pains, and it seems to take some pain away! It feels cool (cold), and healing. Its sweating, so lay something under to catch some moisture. I also use it to "clean" my gem stones and jewelry, clean it from the energy, empty it..I love them, so ordered another set!

When Warm Feels Good on Your Feet
They make my feet feel softer and less tired. Warming them is a little difficult. When warming in microwave my microwave stops working. Haven't found oven setting or time duration that doesn't make them too hot.
