ASURION 2 Year Wearables Protection Plan ($40 - $49.99)

So I ordered the walker smart watch and it's a great watch for the money I was impressed by the craftsmanship of how it was made and the links was easy to remove to fit around my small wrist

On all my purchases of anything electronic, I purchase extended warranties-just in case. We love all the products available from Amazon and rarely have a need to file a claim-thankfully. We had to file recently,our first experience doing so. The response was quick and the process easy. The item was returned, we got our gift card credit, and since the item was a gift for our son-who loved it prior to the issue, we turned around and ordered the same item replacement. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

They responded quickly, sent me a return shipping label, and issued me a gift card for the purchase price of the defective watch. I was kind of disappointed that they didn't just replace the watch, but then I guess i could bought another one...🙄

Hard to find the website to record a claim. When I did record a claim, they did nothing for me and told me to contact the brand which is even harder to do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT HONOR CLAIMS!!!

I always paid for Asurion but this was the first time ever using it. It was hassle free. So i will continue to purchase the warranty.

It paid off to have it. Unfortunately my watch broke but I got reimbursed the purchase price as an Amazon gift card.

I’m so happy that I purchased the ASURION insurance plan. They were very easy to work with. I did it all without even making a phone call. and got my money for the product. I purchased it for later the same day and was able to make another purchase for another smart watch. I highly recommend purchasing the insurance plan when buying electronics or when offered on other products !
