Not what I was looking for
The cookies are very sweet and probably most authentic. However, they will not stand up to a soak of the coffee/kaluha that I use in my recipe.I need the sponge Lady fingers that are similar to angel food cake.These are not soft. These are like spun baked sugar/flour and have a lighted crunch. I would greatly appreciate If anyone can point me to the brand for true lady fingers. (Kroger in Tx. used to sell them, but cannot find them anywhere.)
