I had extensive Sinus Surgeries recently and had to order these to start the next day. I was dreading this especially hearing how it will come out the other side nostril. This is so easy and not uncomfortable at all. You MUST follow the directions and use ONLY Distilled or Spring, other Bottled Water. NO Tap water. It'll burn your nostril as it warms. Tip: microwave the plastic measuring bottle that comes with your first NeilMed order withOUT the cap on. Fill to line then heat 14 seconds takes the chill off the room temperature bottled or distilled water. Add packet close with cap then lightly shake and put cap to nostril lightly squeeze up into nose. If blocked it may come back out same nostril.Do same other side then most likely start coming out opposite side when blockage swelling is loosened. Do NOT swallow, spit it out. Don't blow nose or pic inside. Let rinse do it's job after surgery and couple mths. If use periodically as maintenance if dry nose, allergies, around dirt etc then give time to absorb then can blow nose.Good value for money. It's really helped me with residue post op even month later with still swelling opens airways by the multitude of micro particles in sinuses, nostrils it filters out opening air ways. I especially do first thing a.m and little bit before bed. Takes few minutes after rinse post nasal drips and it will as it loosens it up just spit it up and out. I will continue to rinse regularly after sinuses heal to keep them clean and airways open. I now can sleep and breathe thru my nose, no more desert parched throat, tongue and lips.

So convenient and easy to use. Last couple of years I've been getting constant sinus infections. Doctor advised using nasal rinse every day, even when there is no infection. I've been using daily during allergy season and it did the trick. I'm not using daily anymore but when pollen counts are high or I go outside I use when I come in and I haven't had another sinus Infection. This is a refill packet that just contains the salt refill packets, not the actual rinse bottle. I use rinse bottle from original starter kit making sure I steralize in microwave after each use. The bottle is great, works perfectly, easy to use.
